Endings and new beginnings…

February 12th, 2012 by admin | Comments Off

Premiering 14-18 Feb 2012 in Melbourne’s City Square, Peepshow Inc’s latest site-specific performance,  A bird, a tree, the moon, will also be its last. As Artistic Director, Melinda Hetzel, moves to become the interim Artistic Director of St Martins Youth Arts Centre for 2012, the year of the dragon will also be the final year of operations for Peepshow Inc. After more than eight years of creating boundary-pushing, image-based theatre, the  company, which first evolved from Rocketship Theatre in 2003, is set for its next transformation. Is this the end? In some ways yes, but it also marks a new beginning. So come and see the grand finale this week and stay tuned for details of a Peepshow Inc Farewell Party where the Peepshow Inc extended community, past and present, can come together to celebrate.
